About Us

Our Story

Daniel's Company Youth Leadership Mentoring Program is a youth nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth to become tomorrow's leaders through mentorship, leadership skills, and exposure experiences.

Mentorship isn't just support — it's a new standard, a new direction, and a real pathway forward.

Vision & Mission

We equip youth with essential leadership skills for academics, careers, and community involvement — pairing them with positive mentors for guidance, support, and encouragement.

Ages 12–19
Core Program

Youth Leadership Horizons of Greatness

A leadership mentoring track for youth ages 12–19 focused on purpose, direction, critical thinking, problem-solving, and opportunities for community service and volunteer work.

Ages 13–18
Therapeutic Mentoring

C.H.A.M.P.S

Champions Honoring Accountability, Motivation, Performance and Skills — supporting youth who may be involved in juvenile justice, child welfare, or have a history of trauma/system involvement.

Expansion

Youth Horizons of Greatness

An expansion track to reach youth earlier and build foundational leadership skills, confidence, and healthy relationships with mentors and peers.
